BAYDO TOWERS SASKATOON
Baydo Towers is the latest multi-use apartment complex by Baydo Group. This project is located in City Park, Saskatoon, with close proximity to downtown, University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon City Hospital, Kinsmen Park, and the many trails along the Saskatchewan river.
The project consists of two 25-storey towers with a total floor area of 585,632 sq.ft, which includes 474 rental suites, 13,035 sq.ft of commercial space, and seven storeys of parking totaling 493 parking stalls.

2023 INDIGENOUS TRADES SCHOLARSHIP
The Road Ahead
-CreeAtive Reinforcing is a concrete reinforcing company in Saskatchewan, specializing in all types of rebar installation.
-CreeAtive Reinforcing seeks to create a scholarship directed toward upcoming youth with an interest in entering a respective trade of their choice.
-We recognize the importance of having the right training and tools for the job, and the financial requirements to starting a trade which can be incurred with proper clothing and footwear.
-There are many factors that apply to finding a suitable trade in which a young applicant can apply themselves and learn to have competency and work ethic required for success in trades.
-CreeAtive Reinforcing seeks to bridge the gap for indigenous youth entering the construction workforce by finding work opportunities within as well as with other corporate partners.
-CreeAtive Reinforcing intends to fund a $1000 Trades Bursary, full safety ticket training, as well as work opportunities in a variety of trades best suited to applicant.
Application requirements:
-Applicant should be Indigenous or Metis between 17-21 years of age.
-Open to Saskatchewan residents only.
-Applicants should provide short essay (500 words) on background as well as which trade they are interested in.

Selection Date: May 12, 2023
Selection will be based on the essay composure as well as the applicant’s readiness to join the work force. Safety ticket training will be conducted in the hometown of the successful applicant, and work opportunities will generally be labour based in different industries of construction (rebar installation, carpentry, general labour, welding etc.).
